Adoptions of Genetically Engineered Corn, Soybeans, and Cotton by Farmers Are Up

Yesterday the USDA released a report stating that the adoptions of genetically engineered corn, soybeans, and cotton by farmers are up from this time last year. Genetically Engineered Distortions

The New York Times published an op-ed on May 14 authored by Pamela Ronald and James McWilliams. Ronald, a professor of plant pathology at the University of California, Davis, is the co-author of “Tomorrow’s Table: Organic Farming, Genetics and the Future of Food.” Ronald was also a speaker at BIO’s recent 2010 International Convention in Chicago.  James E.
