Patent Cases Down by 40% in 2014

The number of new patent cases filed in federal court has dropped by an astonishing 40 percent as compared to this time last year. NIST Report: Federal Laboratory Technology Transfer Fiscal Year 2009

The National Institute of Standards and Technology in the U.S. Department of Commerce released a report in March discussing Federal Laboratory Technology Transfer for the fiscal year 2009.
