Amgen Hosts Science without Borders Students
This year, Amgen is hosting six Science without Borders undergraduate interns at its Thousand Oaks, California headquarters. The Science without Borders program is a Brazilian scholarship program that seeks to train 101,000 students and researchers in top universities worldwide in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) fields by 2014. The 2012 BIO International Convention, the global event for biotechnology, held at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center in Boston, Mass., wrapped this June.
