Housing Guidelines
BIO has worked diligently with the hotels in San Diego to establish room blocks for attendees and exhibitors. Maritz Global Events is the Official Housing & Registration Provider for the 2022 BIO International Convention.
The deadline to make hotel room reservations through the BIO room block is Tuesday, May 24. For existing reservations, changes can be made with Maritz, our housing partner, through May 24.
Our hotels are limited to a maximum of 10 peak night rooms, per company. Please note: If you need to book more than 30 rooms for your group and need assistance with booking, please contact us at BIOexh@Maritz.com or by phone 864-658-5280.
Improper solicitation of hotel reservations from any company or housing provider other than Maritz Global Events is not approved by BIO. Reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to be for lower rates, however, they may be illegitimate, have unreasonable cancellation or change penalties, or be completely non-refundable. Please be aware of, and report any unauthorized solicitation to BIO.
