Are You Ready? Before you Arrive at the San Diego Convention Center...
1. Upload your vaccination record to the Safe Expo Portal. See vaccination requirements here. For medical exemptions, forward your physician's note to eventsafety@bio.org.
2. Obtain a negative COVID-19 test result. Antigen test within one day or PCR test within two days of picking-up your badge onsite. Find additional details here.
If you arrive before Monday, June 13, you can save time by completing your health & safety check-in and picking up your badge during our weekend registration hours:
Saturday, 1 - 5 PM PT and Sunday, 7 AM - 5:30 PM PT
For your convenience testing on-site is available for a fee. Find details, including scheduling a test prior to your departure, here. Masking during BIO 2022 is optional but highly encouraged.
As You Enter the San Diego Convention Center...
3. Stop and a Health and Safety desk. Show your government-issued identification, your Safe Expo purple screen or vaccination record, and negative COVID-19 test result to receive your “Go Card.”
4. Present your "Go Card" at the Registration desk. Pick-up your badge with confidence knowing every attendee has gone through this process.
